Angorah fiber is 3 times warmer than sheep wool
I started the angorah rabbits biz about 1993 have been raising them scince than.angorah wool is plucked and than carded into a spinable material . my yarn quality is relatively uniform. The spining competition out of the boonvile california rated my yarn 3rd in quality for adult and 1st for youth three consecutive before that.They got tired of me winnning. I also sell yarn by mail order and some types clothing. My rabits are raised for wool purposes and at no point are they butchered thrabits go through no painful proceses to remove the wool.
